Aroma is piney hops. Flavor is smooth with a large amount of hops in the finish. Very pleasant IPA. jeremytoni (464), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Feb 18, 2008 from the tap poured amber with a lot of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a lingering aftertaste. Sammy (2779), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 9, 2008 On-tap at the brewpub. Above average IPA. Grapefruit colour, a solid white head and lacing, with good carbonation and above-average bitterness. C-hop aroma. A good drinker. NicerInPerson (332), North of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Jan 17, 2008 The aroma was citrusy and hoppy and quite resinous and grassy. A caramel not lurked behind the hops as well as a lightly fruity nature, but the aroma was mostly hops. The beer arrived lightly hazy with a white frothy tall long lasting head which laced the glass. The flavor was nicely bittered with a citrusy and resinous grassy presence. Caramel was again in the background and gave a light bit of sweetness. Otherwise the flavor was filled with orange and grapefruit. The finish was dry with lasting citrus into the aftertaste. The body was medium with a somewhat low level of carbonation and a creamy texture on the palate. A nice brew. Pint at the Brewpub.
