On cask at Toronado. Pours golden amber with off-white head. Aromas of citrus and hops with a little honey. Flavors of citrus hops with some bitterness and caramel malt. Nice amount of bitterness and tasty IPA.

Cask at Toranado. Very nice citrus nose. Amber-gold with a solid, fine head. Very bitter, hoppy flavor with honey and some bread. Huge bitterness. Fruity sweetness alongside as well. Decent.

In short: A basic, smooth, nourishing and refreshing fruity IPA. Enjoyable
How: From a bottle at Mondial de la Bière 2011
The look: Partly cloudy orange body topped by a small off-white head
In long: A nice smooth aromatic nose of fruity hops (apricots and oranges mainly) and some floral notes. Body has plenty of cake-malts and with the fruity hops signature it tasted like orange muffins. Also some lemongrass and a bit of dried yellowed grass in the after-taste. Mild tartness, mild bitterness. Fluffy lively mouthfeel. I enjoyed that beer more than I thought I would, nourishing yet refreshing. Bombay is the largest city of India and ironically your can hardly find a decent “India” Pale Ale over there. Weird. Also over there men don’t get to know their wives until after they marry them. Weird. No, wait, same thing here.
