On tap at Flavor in Santa Rosa. Pour is slightly hazy golden color with a big white head and great lacing. Grassy, weedy, lightly floral, piney, biscuity, straw, and earthy aroma. Taste is weedy, resinous, lightly piney, grapefruity, a touch of fruit peel, and biscuit with a medium bitter finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Clean malt profile and very hoppy, yet very well-balanced. Nice stuff.

On cask at Toronado. Nice hoppy aroma. Fresh and grassy, caramel, and toasted malt. Pale golden amber clear with thin rocky-foamy white lacing head. Medium body with cask carbonation. Starts medium dry with some caramel and roasted malty character. Tons of hop flavor and bitterness from start to finish, though not completely overpowering. Nice cask IPA.

Cask at Toronado. Clear gold pour with a short white head leaving heavy lace. Nose is citrus hops with some sweet malt and heat. Medium body with low levels of fine carbonation (cask). Pine, caramel, citrus, booze, tropical fruit, birch and toast. Finish is a bit more bitter, but the main aromas are aromatic hops. Cut the ethanol aromas down and this is glorious.

From cask at Toronado SF. Classic IPA look with a nice orange hazy color and a off white head. Aroma is weed, pine, birchwood, VERY dank. Taste is lively tree, birch, weed, pine, earthy. Unlike any other IPA I’ve had before! Very nice!

Tap. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, passionfruit, a bit of weed. Flavor is about the same plus caramel, lightly sweet, medium bitterness lasting through the finish. Light to medium body, quite oily in the mouth.

Cask @ Toronado, San Francisco.
Pours a copper colour with a strong creamy and lacy head. Aroma of malts, grass and and strong lemony bitterness. Flavour of toasted malts, rich and very high lemony bitterness, nuts and some alcohol. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel and a long, warming and very high bitter finish. Great.
