golden light color with a small head and fizz. smell is extremely delicate floral citrusy honey. taste is much the same, incredible delicate floral and citrus notes with a slight perfumey volatile taste. the carbonation lends a delicate feeling to the taste. mouthfeel is medium light. overall a beautifully delicate mead.

Bottle at a tasting at James’ place. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft sweet caramel and a touch of fruit. Caramel, toast, warm booze. Nice light carbonation gives it some texture and balances it out nicely. Warmth on the finish, a touch of bitterness on the end, cranberry skin perhaps.

Bottle shared by Steve. Pours gold with little white head. Nose/taste of crushed flowers, honey, vanilla and berry sweetness. More carbonated than most meads I’ve had. Dryish finish. Medium body.
