Pale yellow, some gold. Candy like, lots of raspberry and fruit. A lot of smoke, melon, honey and lemon. Clean finish

375ml bottle. Pours a still, light red aroma of berries, earth, and honey. Taste is light, off-dry mouthfeel That is tart and sweet, but slightly artificial strawberry tasting

Slightly rose tinted toasted brown color. Aroma is brimming with sweet and sour strawberry rhubarb, pungent. It is present in the flavor too along with an interesting smoky note. I like the profile but it is a tad sweet and I am not a fan of the flat, syrupy mouthfeel. Enjoyed trying a mead though for something different.

Draft at ChurchKey, they gave me like 8 ounces of this stuff instead of the 4oz pour, what are they thinking. Poured a clear reddish color, with a small wispy head which disappears. Wow, strawberry rhubarb pie notes. Flavor is the same, light tartness from the berry and rhubarb, but lots of sweet, dry notes from the honey. Alcohol is clearly there, but beverage is incredibly smooth.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear reddish orange, sparse bubbles around the ring. Aromas of fruit pebbles, strawberries, vitamins. Tastes of vitamin, strawberries, citrus zest, rhubarb. Light body with a dry finish. Still carbonation, syrupy mouthfeel.

Bottle sample courtesy of GenDV138, thanks. Nice fruity aroma. Taste is sweet berries and herbs.

Bottle from App Vintner - pours clear red, still. Really aggressive rhubarb, strawberry, red berries, cooked vegetables, cough drop, alcohol, ginger, and clove on the nose. I feel vaguely assaulted from the aroma. Again, I feel like my tongue was stabbed with tartness, followed by sweet alcohol cough syrup. Very syrupy mouthfeel. Overall, it’s drinkable, but not one I’d want to drink again, unfortunately. It’s too aggressive for me.

Bottle from Appalachian vintner. Pours brownish red. The combination of strawberry and rhubarb on the nose suggest stinky feet. Fairly sweet on the tongue with a hint of the rhubarb on the finish. Not sure about this one.

Strawberry pour. Aroma is great - strawberries, rich jam. Taste is the same with some tang (rhubarb?). Only drawback is the strong alcohol in the mix also. Nice mead.

From a bottle in Savannah. Pours clear faint ruby. Smells like heavy strawberry, semisweet honey, and faint vanilla. Tastes like very fruity with some background honey, faint tartness, and faint spice. Quite fruity but smooth and clean.
