"Not a big fan o this one. Light honeysuckle and strawberries in the aroma. Not much depth in the aroma or flavor, which is light and similar to the aroma. Flatish and nearly pink...this is more like a summer wine (and an average on at best) than any of the meads i’ve ever had."

Tightly corked little 375.
Lacquered orange amber body. Just a tiny bit of something in suspension. Faint ring of remaining suds.
Smells like peach yogurt mixed up with strawberry preserves, with floral honey & warming alcohol tickling my sinuses.
Sharp & bittersweet green/minerally taste upfront. Year old bottle & I can’t pick out the strawberries. Almost tastes & feels like a really light & fruity, young blush wine. Touch more peach. A little acidic. Body is pretty thin. Really leafy & floral. Itty bit of vanilla. Yeasty, bittersweet, zesty finish. Not much sweetness. Interesting.
