As delicate as a kiss, this honey strawberry wine is semi-sweet. The strawberry is ever so lightly represented against the floral flavors from the honey. This wine pairs well with any dish, recommended slightly chilled, or over ice on a hot summer night.

Tightly corked little 375.
Lacquered orange amber body. Just a tiny bit of something in suspension. Faint ring of remaining suds.
Smells like peach yogurt mixed up with strawberry preserves, with floral honey & warming alcohol tickling my sinuses.
Sharp & bittersweet green/minerally taste upfront. Year old bottle & I can’t pick out the strawberries. Almost tastes & feels like a really light & fruity, young blush wine. Touch more peach. A little acidic. Body is pretty thin. Really leafy & floral. Itty bit of vanilla. Yeasty, bittersweet, zesty finish. Not much sweetness. Interesting.
