Made from Madagascar-Bourbon vanilla beans, honey, water and yeast. The vanilla flavors blend with the honey to create this delicious delight, with a strong yet balanced flavor, the aroma is of vanilla and the local New Hampshire wildflower honey. As a friend once said: "Oh I LOVE it!"

On sample at the meadfest, way to much vanilla, really kills it for me unfortunately

375 ml Bottle purchased at the source last year. Doing a cellar clean out for the new year. Mostly clear gold with just a slight haze. Aroma is mostly honey with just a slight hint of vanilla.

Flavor has a powerful wildflower honey with the vanilla bean making a subtle appearance in the back of the sip. Very delicate vanilla with the alcohol completely hidden. This is nice.

bottle-still-clear yellow. A-vanilla, vanilla, honey. T-sweet vanilla, vanilla, honey. Easy.

Drake’s 10k, hey, 3,500, and it was a mead! Didn’t even realize I had hit a "milestone," albeit a bit shy of Drake’s. Pale clear gold. Aroma of, well, honey. Flavor is honey, a bit fruity, surprisingly refreshing, slight vanilla, but still overall just a light bodied, non-cloying, well made mead. Good stuff.

Bottle @ tasting. Bright golden with no real head. Smells funky, floral, & honey. Nice sweet honey flavor with some wild-floweriness. Sweet but dry.

Bottle at Drake 10k tasting. Clear very pale yellow color, still. Aroma of very floral vanilla perfume. Taste has huge, huge vanilla, sweet floral background. Tasty.

Poured from an overpriced 375ml bottle. There is tons of coconut, vanilla, sweet sugary honey. This is not complex, if you like coconut and vanilla this is for you. The alcohol is a noticeable facet throughout this beverage.

Looks like a light Apple juice. Toffee caramel smell. Same flavour with a delicious gooey character to it. So tasty.
