Pleasurable indulgence with unprocessed New Hampshire wildflower honey and wild mountain blue berries.

Draft at ChurchKey, they gave me like 8 ounces of this stuff instead of the 4oz pour, what are they thinking. I’m now drunk. Poured a hazy, purple color with a small light blue color. Aroma was so-so, a bit medicinal, soapy, light berry. However, while the aroma was so-so, flavor was very pleasant blueberry.

375mL bottle at a VORLAUF meeting, I believe, July 2014. Ruby/red pour, looks okay. Blueberry aroma, sweet, plenty of honey, vanilla, a bit of booziness and astringency. The flavor is much the same - sweet, blueberry, honey, boozy, astringent. Not awful, not great. Eh.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear reddish with sparse bubbles around the ring. Aromas of honey, light blueberries, sweet apples. Tastes of sweet blueberries, honey. Light body with a dry finish. Still carbonation.

Poured from a 375 ml bottle. The aroma starts with sweet honey, soft blueberry juice, and finishes with some hot alcohol. The flavor is watery, light honey notes, the blueberries are almost nonexistent. Finishes very dry. Meh.

375mL bottle, pours a fairly clear dark mahogany with a tiny head. Nose brings out notes of blueberries upfront, with very light-to-mild honey. Flavour brings out lots of pure blueberries, with very mild honey. Very fruity. Good stuff, just not overly complex or with much depth.

Bottle - Oxidised Berry. Clear Amber not head. Light blueberry, light booze an Indy. Blueberry is not sweet and very fruity.

Pours clear and golden amber, no head. Aroma is fruity and slight herbal. Dry. Bitterand wineous fruity. Dry and toasted malty finish. Wineous too.

The berries are in the forefront, they provide a bit of tartness, to support the dry honey notes. The alcohol is well done to add more complexity to this mead.

To much focus on raw alcohol taste with a back blueberry taste. Very flawed with the end and very little redeeming qualities ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma is dry with berries and honey. The appearance is light red. The taste is not good. The palate is thin. Overall not good.
