Papsoe (25083) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 8, 2011
On tap. Hazy and opaque dark amber with a frothy and fairly stable yellowish head. Hard roasted malts in the nose - perhaps a whiff of smoke. Medium body, somewhat overcarbonated, roasted malts, some nutty accents and a very distinct bitter finish - somewhat raw and unrefined. Never would’ve guessed this to be a Malt Liquor. 070411
