A great session beer on tap often at the Toronado. Good hop bouquet very full and lastin bitterness with good resins. Fruit and nuts malt with a toffee leaning somewhat English in Nature. Full round mouthfeel and finishing bitterness with a touch of malt sweetness. First class session bitter.

Tap. This is yet another rating that I found written on a piece of paper in luggage. I think I had this with Grant when I met up with him last September. Dark-amber, transluscent. Crisp-hoppy IPA type of aroma. A little bit bready in the flavor, very strong hops. Lots of rye in the flavor as well.

This beer is always on tap at Cato's. Tons of malt in the nose and flavor. Nicely hopped with mild carbonation.

Tap. Deep copper color with a nice head. Loaded with malt and hops. Not much of a bitter taste, more like a strong ale to me. But not bad!

An amazing nose packed with malt and hops. Great full hop flavor with good mouth feel and relatively clean finish for a hophead beer. I could see this as a session beer. Very nice.

A nice fruity, hoppy pint in the spirit of the English tradition of planting your ass on a barstool for 10 hours and drinking 25 beers with your mates. Cheers to that!
