Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy grain with underlying sweet cereal and a hint of grass. Flavor has a an earthy grain and cereal note throughout that has a hint of grass in the finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Pale light gold pour. Small white head. Mild earth and caramel aroma. Tiny hop kick in the taste. Not all that interesting.
