Keg at Brewdog Camden during the tap takeover. Thanks to Chris and Ruth. Mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting greyish tan head. Aroma is charred wood, smoke, earthy, little ashy. Some little berry in the nose as well. Flavour is composed of nutty roasted malt, burnt toast, ashy, spritzy carbonation. Some burnt earth. Palate is medium light, highish carbonation, decent.

Bottle. Very fine porter, with nice chocolate flavour, bit roasty in aftertaste. Medium bodied, a bit watery, dry amd low bitter finish. Really sessionable beer.

Spora, średnio i drobno pęcherzykowa piana, opada do kilku milimetrowej warstwy pięknie zdobiąc szkło. Nagazowanie niskie, alkohol niewyczuwalny. W afterteasie przypalona kawa zbożowa i zioła z odrobiną suszonej żurawiny.

Great session style porter, but brewed to give laters of complexity. Tasty.

An easy drinking porter with chocolate and coffee characters. Not a beer that I would drink too often.

Big ass 660 ml bottle. Dark brown body, medium to small head. Aroma has simple roast and something powdery. Smooth roasty taste with more dry powdery stuff. A simple session porter but outrageously priced (okay, the bottle is bigger than the standard bottle but my point stands). I couldn’t justify sessioning this or any other Moor beer even if I was a moderately wealthy guy.
