COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Special;
What started out as a little bit of fun quickly became the favourite of many die hard ale fans and has become permanent. Probably best described stylistically as a Californian IPA, this beer has all the rich malt and fruit flavours of a Barley Wine combined with the hoppy crispness of a Pale Ale. And as best said by one of its biggest fans, "Hoppiness = Happiness."

Alluring citrus pine aroma in a golden amber pour. Perfect hop forward balance with full fruity body and sustained bitter finish. Pretty much a benchmark of the (can conditioned) take on the style.

Pours golden with a huge head. Aroma is packed with tropical hop goodness. A lovely, tropical juice start is paired perfectly with a bitter finish.

Aroma shows resin, floral, citrus and herbal hop character. Malt is nutty, cereal and toffee. Colour is hazy intense orange. White dense head shows thick foam and leaves a good lacing. Taste is lightly sweet, highly bitter, with a light sourness. Full bodied, creamy, soft carbonation. Lasting finish. Tasty one. Goes nicely with Fish and chips.

Amber colored, medium frothy white head, nice lacing and long lasting. Aroma is some caramel malt backbone, fruity, lots of pine and citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet caramalt, fruity, pine, citrus moderate+ hoppiness, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bit resiny, crisp. Aaand it’s empty in a second... one more please!!

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2016 Extremely murky orange color with medium white head. Hophaze apperarance. Really juicy aroma, tropical fruits, sweet citrus fruits, peach, grapefuit, pineapple and a light malty backbone. Taste follows the nose, lots of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, papaya, bubblegum, orange, tangerine and slightly pine, with a strong bitterness on the palate. My kind of IPA, juicy, with well hidden alcohol and very drinkable.

Thin white head, which stays very long time. Sticky froth. Hazy bronze colour. Very nice aroma of fruits, citruses and fresh grass. Peach, lime and orange in first taste. Some heavy citrus in the middle and bitterness of the hops in the aftertaste. Quite light-bodied, nicely balanced, medium carbonated, very fresh IPA.

WYGLĄD: Barwa pomarańczowa, opalizujące. Piana drobna, wysoka, trwała czapa piany (szczególnie "zwarta" po dolaniu). Ładnie oblepia szkło.
AROMAT: Intensywny. Bardzo chmielowe. Jest tu wszystko co być powinno: cytrusy, żywica, a w tle łagodnie nuty zbożowe oraz owoce tropikalne.
SMAK: Likier chmielowy. Doskonałe połączenie agresywności cytrusów, subtelności żywicznej oraz kojącej, a zarazem idealnie dopełniającej całość podbudowy słodowej. Ekstremalnie pijalne. Goryczka wysoka, zalegająca, przyjemna.
OGÓLNIE: Absolutna czołówka wśród West Coast IPA. Dające sporą frajdę z picia, zapadające w pamięć.
Very good job!
