3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 yngwie (10760) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 20, 2013
Bottle, at Christianssand Brygghus. It’s an unclear, copper-colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma is on the malty side, fruity and caramelish, with a faint spiced touch. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Semi-dry. Fruity finish. A quite pleasant one, but not very interesting. 130520
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Idiosynkrasie (1832) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 18, 2013
660ml bottle [4.5% abv]. Clear dark orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, pale off-white head. Herbal and piney hoppy aroma. Taste is initially dry, herbal and piney hoppy, becomes slightly watery, fades into a weak, dry finish. Promises more than it fulfills, concerning as well aroma compared to taste as well as the taste’s starting impression compared to its progression.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 ACD (336) - Dublin, IRELAND - MAY 4, 2013
66cl bottle. Pours amber/orange with decent off-white head. Aroma gives some sweet candied orange, orange peel, caramel, woody notes, herbs. Taste follows suit with some pithy orange tang working alongside some fairly deep malty tones: caramel, light red berry, wood. Fairly fragrant dried cupboard herbs in there too. Semi-sweet and fruity finish with some residual herbaceous bitterness. This isn't bad at all: I'm still yet to find a trad English bitter that really knocks my socks off (does one exist: who knows!), but this is solid. Can imagine sinking a few of these chatting shit with the boys on a rainy afternoon by a pub fireside; wouldn't be actively seeking it out again to be fair, but Moor have done a good job as per.

Can’t get excited about this one. It is drinkable, and most is said with that. Nothing that makes this beer interesting. The biterness is ok.

Bottle at Christianssands Brygghus. Pours light amber with a small head. Fruity hop aroma. Taste is fresh crisp with a sour malty note, not at all very pleasant, dry end, boring beer.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Dashimus (164) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 8, 2013
Cask. Pours amber with a white head. Smells of citrus with strong lemon. Taste is malty but difficult to pock put flavours. Perhaps some fruit. Not a great drink but a good starter for a night.

Big bottle. Pours a slim-headed burnished gold. Drinks likeably with a solid, slightly smoked, nutty malt base overlaid with botanical, dry citrus. Dry and husky on the finish with a smack of soap. Aroma of yeast, apple peel, mild earth. Rounded, somewhat rustic bitter.
