Light and refreshing by modern craft standards, this has a solid inner core and a fine balance between the malt and hop.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 Gramoit (252) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 23, 2012
One of the more easier beers to drink, and with lots of flavour. Great balance, nothing bad about this beer, would be my go to beer, if it was cheaper and more readily available.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hawthorne00 (1858) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - NOV 3, 2012
Growler. Gold with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pepper, the meadow, light butterscotch. Light-bodied. Bittersweet with fairly austere light biscuit and plenty of bitterness. Some pine as well as grapefruit, grass and pepper. Refreshing but not all that welcoming.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 WheatKing (703) - Oak Bay, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 26, 2012
Pretty sure this is the best bitter I’ve had yet, tasted like it had a huge sticky mash but somehow clocks in below 4%. Unfortunately this is priced as a "premium beer" here on Vancouver Island but if it were priced the same as local it would be my go-to beer, I can’t believe how incredibly balanced this is. Absolutely no diacetyl.
