My last style to finish (all 71 Beers, plus Sakes, Ciders, and Mead)! Pours with a rocky, off-white head covering a near black body. Head diminishes to some waves and a ring that leaves some lacing. Aroma is strongly toasted and roasted malts, chocolate, and raisins. Taste is extremely powerfull for the ABV (but in the grand scheme, quite bland). Lots of malts, slightly chocolate and coffee rind. Not really any hops in the slightest. Watery and thin (where the lack of alcohol really shows), a biut too bubbly.

Bottle; poured a red tinted black, not much hea. Aroma was very roasted with some meat and licorice hints. Flavor was very roasted with some chocolate and a minimal hop finish. Palate was watery and thin. Unoffensive, but not great and pretty bland.

Pours a nearly opaque black with dark mahogany edges and a clingy-lacing froth of tan head. Aroma of lightly sweet, sugary dark caramel and chocolate with a touch of oats. Body starts with about average fullness and some mild dark malty sweetness before a slightly more bitter drier finish with some residual sugars. Has some lingering roasted dark chocolate malty notes. A pretty true to style and drinkable mild.

500 ML Bottle-Pours a black color w/a decent head. Sweet carbonated aroma. Flavors of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate & toffee. Had a good bit of carbonation & a nice bitter malt finish. Really tasted like a porter to me but a little thinner, more watery mouthfeel. My first mild, pretty good stuff.
