Oakes (8057), gone rambling, Vietnam Jun 18, 2001 Sweet, but bland. It looks nice, but has a very one-dimensional flavour. There are better dark milds. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Nov 10, 2002 Dark brown; poor head. Some malt and roasted malt aroma, outscored by a nice hop. Light body (light alcohol content), but really good mix of flavors, balance, in which a sharp coffee and roasted malt outstand. A very delicate coffee taste in the palate as well.
