COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Seasonal - Winter
Brewed with Bock style Munich Malt, often associated with religious occasions, to give amber coloured ale with a rich, full malty flavour. Cascade and Fuggles hops provide a spicy/floral aroma and a satisfying long bitter finish.

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, grass, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111212]

Pint in the Goodmas Fields Spoons. Light haze on this amber beer, good white head. Dry palate. A little smooth malt supports mild but astringent hop. Trace of hop fruit but it’s mostly bitter and dry. Not for me!

Cask@The Pineapple, London. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, wood and mild notes of syrup and some herbs as well. Flavour is rather similar with mild spicyness. Balanced and nice. Wellbalanced.

Standsted windmill. Nice hopoy floral aroma. Hazy holden col white. Medium bitter light sweet end. Smooth slicky end with bitterness. nice fullmouth beer
