Bottle. Pours a brilliant amber. Nice, frothy off-white head with good lacing. Bready aroma. Great mouthfeel, full and quenching. Piney, hoppy flavor with a nice bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
This is a great tasting, strange kind of
brew but I finally got to try it and will
buy this for as long as I can find it.
Pricey sure but it costs more to get
a beer in a bar than this 25oz. Not for
everybodyís taste but its great for the
seasonal beer loving seekers. Malty
and hoppy and all the flavor inbetween
love the dry delicious bitter finish on this winner!

It poured a deep amber color with the slightest of white heads. Itís got a very strong caramel malt aroma scented with some good íní bitter hopping. Full caramel malt flavor, some distinct woodiness, and a nice bitter bite at the end. Very tasty.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle pours a slightly hazy orange amber with a small head and some residual lace. The aroma is floral and malty. The flavor is like a nice Bitter, with a nice malt backbone, an ale sour fruit assertion, and a very nice hop presence that lingers well. The palate is rich, with a nice carbonation thing going on. Overall, I like it pretty well.

3.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours well. Color is strong amber with a touch of gold. Head is high but dissipates quickly (Iíve come to realize this could be on account of my 1830ís tasting glasses). This is, in the best summation, a uniquely powerful brew. The malts are _extremely_ dominant in the drink - caramel apple and metallic in a positive sense. Likewise, the hops are quite dominant in the aftertaste, with a strong bready-oatmeal slant. An odd yet pleasant thing is that Witchbrew tastes like it has been aged in bourbon barrels (perhaps it is the spell of the Halloween Witch?) With the profoundness in taste this only irony that this brewís aroma is slight and rather stale, like a cheap American micro. But Iíve given this beer a couple extra Overall points because it stands out as a worldly unique British beer, a country known for great brewing but not so much for unique variation.

Orange Coloring. Good head. Woody. Some Fruit. Very Good Average Brew. Not one I would Drink Often, but Was Fun to Try.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orangish coloring with a medium head. Kind of a fruity aroma with a slight tinge of wood. Taste has some more wood (was this in a barrel at any point in its life?) and finished off with apple. Not too bad!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dusty tan. Nose sweet, lots of toffee. Very malty flavor, caramel and toffee, some peachy fruitiness as well. Good finish of hops at the end. Not bad.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright copper colored pour with a spongy, but thin white head. Fresh, flowery aroma with a bit of an overripe fruit back end to it - subtle but nice. Sweet, malty flavor with some peach and nectarine accents. Very enticing. Excellent balance, bitterness comes through silently and softly in the back end. Mouthfeel feels just right - could see myself downing several of these in an English Pub

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized off-white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body was a softly carbonated transparent orange brown color. The aroma was mild with malt and ale like notes with peach an dust. The mouth feel was initially smooth and a mild bitter finish with some vinous notes. The flavor was mildly bitter malty and it became a little more bitter as I consumed the bottle.
