Hand pulled cask at the Moon & Sixpence (JDW ) Hatch End. Slightly hazy straw blonde with a lively white head. Yeasty palate and appearance mimicking a wheat beer. Bland with little bight. Disappointing!

July 2012. JDW, Rochester. Pale, clear watery yellow. Dry palate with a sweet creamy foam. Quite pleasant with a modest but interesting and attractive flavour profile. OK.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Moon On The Square Northampton 01/11/13. A golden beer with wome grey head. Vinegar and caramel in equal measure. Not a hop to be seen. Apple too. A really sour and sweet mess. Totally couldn’t finish it. Pub probably (hopefully) at fault, but even so.

Cask at Baxter’s Court, JDW - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. It’s sweet, with some sponge cake, doughy white bread, and faint tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with more doughy white bread, faint lemon, cake. Simple and easy.

BlackHaddock (3183) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2013
Hand-pulled pint in The Red Lion, Skegness (Wetherspoon) on 24th Oct 2013. Poured a clear (well almost clear) golden colour with a good, full white crown. The nose and taste were floral and semi-citrus in nature with a dry finish. Not a lot going on really, refreshing enough, but lacked oomph and deep flavours. A lawnmower beer.

allmyvinyl (2173) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 27, 2013
Cask at JDW, White Lady, Edinburgh. Pours clear gold, thick white head. Tart lemon aromas, some cereal/wheat and yeast. Taste has a good balance of bitter and sweet. More lemon coming through towards the end. Glad I went for a pint, after not being that impressed from the initial sample. *ahem*.
