500ml bottle, BB 11/15. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt and bread. Initially there was an strong (and unpleasant) metal taste, although it dissipated after a couple of minutes, then bread and malt. Mild and enjoyable Helles.

Clean malty hell with very light grassy hops. Light salty notes in the taste. Clean, simple, pleasant to drink.

SWING-TOP 50 CL. Clear golden, white head. Clean malt sweetness along with some minerals in the nose. The taste is just as simple - malt sweetness and light herbal hops in the finish. That’s it! Immaculate and crisp body. Good, though a bit boring of course.

Bottle. A light smell of hay and grass. The head is large, white and creamy with a normal duration. The body is pale orange. A light malty and fruity taste. The body is light and very creamy with a lot of carbonation.

Bottle shared at a huge bottle share. Light yellow with a decent foamy white head. Flavor was very light just like the aroma. Not a lot to write about.

Smooth and mild beginning. Grainy, not too deep, not too much bitterness. Easy to drink Helles, slightly grainy-sweetish in the end but round.

From Gene’s. Not bad. Bready and malty, bitter to balance. Soft palate. Serving: Bottle

Pours a clear golden color topped with a rather small white head. Mild malty aroma, bready and grainy. Bready taste, some hints of bitterness in the finish. Not bad, but nothing to get excited about.

Total Wine, Delaware 50cl: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grains, more hops than expected I suppose, but not really in a good way, and some bread. Taste is grainy and bready. It is not smooth and mellow in the way that I like helles style beers. This is an average, but not a good example of the style.

Grainy aroma, light bitterness, bread and cream and sweet malt flavors. Poured into a tall German beer glass resulted in constant bubbles and yellow bodied lager. $4 for a 500 ml old returnable swing top at Total Wine. Consumed during the World Cup Final.
