3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a dirty brown with an off-white foamy head. Aroma of bread, cloves, citrus, and some floral hops. Sour skunky taste. Bread malts, citrus, and cloves hit the palate. Taste like soured fruit juice. Not very appealing at all. Dry finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Swing top bottle. Rich mahogany pour with a frothy white head. Yeast and mild fruit aroma. Palate is a bit flat and thin. Taste is mostly mild sweetness. Just not a ton to get too excited about here, but itís not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle labelled as Schwarze Weisse pours a light brown color with a finger of white head that leaves little lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark fruits with some caramel and light roasted notes. Taste is dark fruits with a caramel malty sweetness and a herbal hop bitterness with some light smoke. Light to medium body with little carbonation. A decent dunkel that was somewhat tasty, but there are better ones out there.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
It probably isnít fair to rate this beer as it turned out to be very old, but I have nothing else to go on. HUGE carbonation, has a tinge of sourness mixed with pay-doh in the flavor. Drain pour.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled under the Schwarze Weisse lable. This dark wheat beer pours brown and has hints of citrus on the nose which is dominated by roasted malt, caramel and yeast. Slightly tart/spicy bitter wheat but taste is like a sweat/caramel bread and roasty. Mild and and very drinkable due to thin to medium body. Almost underwhelming taste / aroma but still good.
