A smooth clean-tasting lager that offers a good balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness

Countbeer (1686) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - SEP 7, 2010
Bottle: Big white foamy head disappears quick. Typical pilsner smell and look. Taste, when cold enough, it’s surprisingly fresh. Malts, hops, spices and water. Good enough for a lager.

Zenwolf (257) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 1, 2010
Bottle. Average Macro lager with a crisp and clean finish. Artificial smelling grainy malts with wet paper and straw in the nose. Very drinkable compare to other Canadian Macro’s.. moderate carbonation. Best of the poor options at an average bar

Light golden in the glass. Mild refreshing malty taste, a bit sweet. Average hoppy aftertaste

Bottle. Pours clear strawcoloured with a huge white foam, Aroma is slightly malty. Taste is very weak and hard to find. Metallic finish, not god either.

Pours a pale golden color with a brilliant bubbly body and a small soapy white head that quickly disappears. Nose is raw bread dough, cotton, and musty closet. Mouthfeel isn’t that bad, about medium weight for the style. Taste is cereal grains, cardboard, and a little bit of skunk. If you have a friend who needs motivation to stop drinking just give him this. He will lose all faith in beer.

Used to be my fallback beer. After I bought a 12 pack which skunked I am never able to drink this without tasting that batch.

First two sips were an average lager, but turned skunky by the 4th sip. Disappointed with it.
