This is one of the worst beers i have ever had. Can you you say skunky
I may have to try it again to see if i just happened to get a skunky one thornecb (1737), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA Oct 18, 2008 Ah, that old familiar skunk. Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention. Dry and crisp with cookie malt and skunk. Nostalgia knocks it up a few. WeeHeavySD (2942), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Oct 18, 2008 12oz at a friend’s party. Overall not horrid drinkable, relatively non offensive. mmacleod75 (38), Ontario, Canada Oct 16, 2008 Updated: Feb 5, 2009Nice light golden color, not much head though. Almost had a bit of a white wine smell (not good). Slightly sweet, slightly bitter, like they advertise, but not much flavor. Pretty bland overall. TKA300 (99), Carbondale, Illinois, USA Oct 10, 2008 Tasted very skunky on first impression. Certainly got better over time, but still didn’t impress. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA Oct 8, 2008 Grainy wet cereal and cardboard with a fair amount of skunk. Corny finish. I don’t like this one. DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA Oct 4, 2008 (Bottle). Blah aroma. Pale golden, tiny head. Mild, corn-like in taste. Bland. SamGamgee (1396), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA Oct 2, 2008 12oz bottle. Light straw with a pretty stable white head. Touch of noble hop and light grain aroma. Light grain, hint of corn, and very mild bitterness. Pretty clean and inoffensive, with a light and slippery body. Better than most macros but still pretty bland.
