Meh. Typical pale lager - tollerable when served ice cold. Does what I suppose it’s been designed for, but nothing I’d seek out.

473 ml ’limited edition’ can, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Frothy head, light golden colour Sweet pepper aroma, very carbonated with a sweetness that does not connect with the aroma. Drinkable but at the price much better out there.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Atom (589) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 19, 2010
Pours a very thin head. Smells like a skunky lager. A sweet taste followed up by nothing. A good party beer or for a lazy day of fishing. Better then Bud or Miller.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 bubbleflubber (1206) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUN 12, 2010
This pours a clear straw into the glass, with an initially fizzy head that diminishes to nothing. The nose is of clear skunk spray (and almost overwhelming). The flavors are of thin sweet malts with overactive carbonation and skunky bitters to close the finish. The mouthfeel is seltzery, devoid of substance. Not a great brew, but one to rate (and never seek out again).

An eternal favorite of mine. Fond memorials from my adolescence, drinking Moosehead legally in Canada. Also the only beer I endorse with a t-shirt. "The Moose is Loose in DeKalb".
