reakt (938), Greater London, England Oct 25, 2007 Bottle to accompany my nachos at Bodean’s. Golden with a white head. Malt and hops in the nose with a taste much the same. Watery with some bitter hop in the finish. Harry warned me about Canadian beers, I should have listened. Jmichael (633), Asheville, North Carolina, USA Oct 18, 2007 not bad, was one of my old roomates favorite beers, did not quite agree, but it wasn’t drain pours and unsessionable. teknotronik (10), York, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 15, 2007 Light tasting lager, goldish-clear head that settles quickly, when chilled tastes refreshing. This beer was popular back in the day. I’ve found my self picking this beer up a few times. It had a hint of a olive taste to it that was semi-bitter. badnewsbeers (1026), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Oct 10, 2007 draft at a local bar...nothing to explain here other than the fact its better than some macro............... BelgianBeerGal (1276), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Sep 26, 2007 Draft watching rugby in Canada. It was nice and refreshing. Better than most mass produced pale lagers, but certainly nothing special. drfabulous (1212), Columbia, Missouri, USA Sep 25, 2007 The beer of my teens. For some reason, I loved this beer. Maybe because it offered the idea of something different. Maybe I tasted the beers I would eventually taste. Maybe it was just the realization that there are better beers than Bud or Bud Lite. This is not a good beer. Except in my memory. Jan Primus (160), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Sep 16, 2007 Not too sure how to review a lager as they all are pretty similar. This one has less of a urine flavour than most, and a bit sweeter too. A beer I prefer from the bottle. Taverner (827), San Ramon, California, USA Sep 15, 2007 I used to love this stuff as a teenager, but today it tastes like sweetened club soda. Not much flavor - pale yellow no matter how thick. Not much head, goes down better in the bottle than in a glass.
