faroeviking (6024), Republica Vikingo de las, Faroe Islands Jan 23, 2007 Bottle. Golden colour with nice fluffy white head. Aroma of hops and some malt. Flavour is clean and smooth, floral hoppiness, bit sweetness, slightly malty. Bitter hoppy finish. detroiter (958), Euphoria, Minnesota, USA Jan 21, 2007 Pours a light yellow gold, topped by a quarter inch of white foam. Moderate head retention, no real lacing. Mild malt in the aroma - make that very mild.
Tastes pretty much like I remember, light and clean, a little bit of dry malt, a little bit of generic hop presence. Light body, prominent carbonation, and a mild ’aluminum can’ flavor (if there is such a thing in a tap beer?) shows up in the aftertaste. jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA Jan 20, 2007
Quite bland yet another crappy canadian brew, please Canucks look to Unibroe they make good beer the rest of you don; tpretty bland fully lacking in taste or texture or aroma, LyndaNova (492), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Jan 19, 2007 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear pale golden color with minor ivory bubbles. Light grains, earth and flowers. Watery texture and smooth with ample carbonation. Ending is mildly sweet and grainy. demitriustown (689), Shelby Township, Michigan, USA Jan 18, 2007 12 oz bottle: Poured a clear golden with a soapy white head that lingers maybe for a few seconds. A somewhat grainy aroma with just the slightest scent of funk. Taste is a slight grainy, cereal type taste with little more than that and water. A slightly bitter/sweet aftertaste is not absolutely horrible. Overall, There’s not much to this beer. It’s not disgusting tasting, and it’s not flavorful at all. This is more of an lawnmower beer. OK hughie (3018), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Jan 9, 2007 There can’t be many more easy drinking beers than this. Pleasant golden colour. Virtually no aroma. Slight hoppiness in the taste. Nothing much else. Could easily drink this again if I was thirsty. smartlung (154), Valrico, Florida, USA Jan 6, 2007 bottle at party in Canada - always enjoyable - golden bubbly head - just slightly sour. Smooth hoppy ending. One of the better macros theisti (1640), Leawood, Kansas, USA Jan 2, 2007 Updated: Feb 26, 2008Bottle. Not much aroma on the pour. Taste is straight forward American macro. Finish nothing interesting. Not a terrible beer, just boring.
