COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A smooth clean-tasting lager that offers a good balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness

Canada may have socialized medicine, cheap prescriptions, and ’Corner Gas’, but they have a lot to explain on this one. Taste is funky all the way through with funky, in ths case, being like "old storage trunk" funky. Reach right past this one and find something else!

I would have to say that this beer is a very smooth beer, maybe too smooth, and not enough taste to go with the smoothness. But that’s ok, if you like watery beers this is the beer for you. If not, then just try it once, but I doubt you’ll be a return buyer if you don’t like watery beers. In its defence it is alot better than alot of other watery beers that I know and I would prefer to drink it to budweiser, that’s for sure.

Pours from the bottle the standard pale lager yellow color but with a big head. Also some nice coating as I drink it. The taste is smooth, clean and crisp. Tastes very fresh. Not getting much from the finish... no hops or skunk from the green bottle, but it is a refreshing beer to drink on a hot day. Plus it’s from the great country of Canada, and for that I probably will rank it higher than it deserves.

Corn, corn syrupy taste. Gross. Pours with a mees of foam. Tastes like corn with pee smell. Pale clear yellow, just like all crappy lagers. Why would anyone waste the time brewing this.

From a bottle, I used to love this stuff when I was in school and it was hot out in the California central valley. I tried it again, and remembered that at that time I also liked Poison, Ratt and White Snake. What was I thinking.......

355mL(?) bottle. Pretty much a standard macrobrew, if not slightly waterier than usual. Thin. Goes okay with popcorn.

Another Canadian lager that beets it’s American competition, but not by much. Light golden beer with white/creamy head. that laces the glass. good aroma for a typical lager.
