COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A smooth clean-tasting lager that offers a good balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness

Light golden color with a large fluffy white head that slowly rededes. Aroma is light grains - not the green bottle skunkiness that I remember from years ago. Light, sweet, bready flavor. For what it is, not bad.

Bottled at Kafe Belgie. I had no idea what kind of beer this would be, but considered i was in a Belgian cafe i had high expectations. But damn it, it turned out to be a crappy Canadian lager! But still, it’s another rating on Ratebeer... Clear light golden coloured. Some grass and grain. Hops are lacking. Watery, but not offensive.

I’m not a lager drinker, but this is ok. It does stink a bit, though. When I opened it, I had to look out the window and see if a skunk was nearby (holds nose) peeee-youuu.

My favourite Canadian macro. Until recently it had been my favourite beer, but now I’m into trying newer things and I’m learning about all the different types. It has a very nice taste without being overbearing. Slightly bitter finish and goes down smoothly. I prefer it on tap instead of in bottle, but I enjoy it both ways.

(Rating #757)

I really enjoyed my first few but now find this beer somewhat bland. I might be being somewhat harsh however.
