Apr 19, 2009 Unfortunately my favorite part of this brew was the cool looking moose on the label. Light straw colored and watery corn notes are the highlight of this beer. Quenchable and clean finishing but there isnt anything in the way of substance here.

Apr 17, 2009 2009 Bottle - Pours a light, pale straw with a medium white head...aroma is lager skunk, sour grain...flavour is light with the slightest bitterness, finishes malty and sweet...another one to cross off the list...

Apr 11, 2009 Skunky aroma out of the bottle, then grainy malts and yeast, with a light bit of hops only when you swirl it. Taste is watery, a little bit of grainy malt. The best thing about this beer for me is memories of drinking it with the Rusty’s Schooner crew after a night of running a seafood takeout place. We would trade the guys at the Beer Distributor seafood for cold cases of Moosehead.
