(1156-300714)

Can. Light orange-amber. Thinnish caramel with tea-like earthy hops. Pretty unexciting.

12 oz bottle from Redmonds. Clear amber, soapy off white head. Bready malt nose, some floral hops. Flavour is biscuit caramel with a decent sharp hop bite. Medium body, fizzy enough. Decent if uncomplex

Dark amber with nice light froth. Malty nose. Woody body with nice balance. No trace of metallic and an honest beer.

Can. Amber pour with a tall white, semi creamy pillow of a head , plenty of lacing. caramel and floral hop aroma, hint of wood. Taste is some caramel, metallic tang. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Better than the flagship moosehead.

2014-07-19. Crisp dark amber body with a large foamy beige head and moderate lace. Aroma is mild, dusty malt, noticeable crystal malt, light toasty accents. Flavour is similar, sweet malty core, notes of caramel and crystal malt with dryish toasty accents. Moderate bitterness throughout keeps it fairly balanced. Average bodied palate is fairly carbonated. Much better than expected, could use a bit more character to the hops but it is relatively quaffable. Can from the LCBO, Toronto.

Can from LCBO. Pours amber with an off white head. Caramel, bread, toast aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Lemon, toffee, light wood, brown toast and a little orange. Pretty dull all in all.

473 mL can. Pours a dark caramel with a tiny head that disappears almost immediately. No lacing. Hoppy aroma, smells pretty interesting. On the palate is lots of carbonation, some bitterness, some hops. There's a long fairly pleasant finish. For being brewed by a big brewer, this is pretty tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A golden amber ale with a thick frothy mocha head, lacing and nice. In aroma, smooth caramel malt with light British floral hops, OK. In mouth, a decent ale with light caramel malt, faint foral hops, a bit thin, but overall, decent. Can from LCBO.
