Crystal clear amber body with a foamy/creamy thin head which lingered nicely leaving good lacing. Caramel on the nose with some toffee and grassy hop aroma. Medium bodied with a sessionable-level percieved bitterness. Well balanced, but not too exciting, there’s a lot of similar beers to this. A little stuffed up, bot not really getting any of the advertised citrus hop character.

341 ml bottle from a six-pack from Liquor Depot. My Guinness nonic is getting a workout tonight with untried brews, as is my tongue. The previous two weren’t great, so we shall soon see if it’s "three strikes, I’m out" this evening. Pours a bright, clear, appealing coppery cola-ish color with moderate carbonation and a mouse cap of tan froth that leaves big lace rings and islands. So far, so good. Flowery, slightly perfumey/powdery hops dominate the nose, with a bit of pine resin and a current of malt running throughout. The hops in the flavor profile are milder and less sweet versions of those in the aroma, but held up with a detectable and solid backbone of toasty malts. Medium-bodied, and with a brief, pleasant hop aftertaste. Moosehead happily surprised me with this ale. It could use a brighter, more vibrant combo of hop aromas and flavors, which, if combined with the malts currently used, would make this a real standout. That aside, it’s still quite a good beer and a credit to the brewer. 10 points to Moosehead.

Malz und Karamell gemischt mit einer gewissen Schwere und klassischer süßer Süffigkeit. Da ich kein Fan dieser Biere bin, kann ich nichts Besonderes finden, wenn es auch absolut trinkbar und in Ordnung ist.

Bottle from Dilo in Bochum. The beer has got a deep amber colour with a steady head and medium to thin body. Aroma of malt and caramel with some hoppy hints. Taste of mild hops, barley, bread, mild fruits, vanilla and caramel. Malty mild finie. Easy drinkable and solid, yet unspecial beer.

Nice looking 0.341 l bottle bought at Grüne Woche 2015, Berlin. Clear copper in the glass, short living one finger head. Malt and hop on the nose. Starts malt and bitter, thought it was more than the declared 39 IBU. Later everything on a lower level and black tea with citrus. Little bit english style.
