2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Kriegbaum (703) - Randers, DENMARK - JAN 19, 2011
Flaske 35 cl. Bleg gylden hælde med et lille hvidt hoved Aroma af humle. Sagen virker sødelig med et snerp af noget citrus. Lidt vandet, let drikkelig tørst slukker.

Wet air pale, bright fizz, little lasting head. Aroma of corn, grains and hay with a hint of lemon. Hay and glue flavour with a a basmati rice and cornflake linger. Inoffensive global pisswatter.
1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20 SanfordBrewer (1261) - Sanford, Florida, USA - DEC 31, 2010
Lucent gold, no head, medium body, medium-high carbonation.
Aroma: cider, adjunct, some sweet malt, and vegetal hops.
Taste: cider, funky adjunct sweetness, some vegetal hop bitterness.
I really expected skunkiness, but this bottle came from a case and was fine. Very adjuncty and sweet. More body than the american standards.

Pours a golden yellow, small white head. Tastes crisp and of hops. Sometimes skunky, but can be quite enjoyable when cold.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 ronaldtheriot (449) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - DEC 13, 2010
Moosehead Lager has a medium, creamy, white head and a very clear, golden appearance, with a good amount of carbonation streaming up. There is a decent amount of lacing left down the glass. The aroma is of some sort of roasted grain that I could not put my finger (or nose) on. Taste is a nice and pleasant balance of hops and grain, and the mouth-feel is light and watery. Moosehead Lager finishes crisp, dry, and refreshing. I was happy that the green bottle did not cause any skunkiness. Overall, I really enjoyed this and would certainly have it again. Try it!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 probstblueribbon (1980) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 9, 2010
355 ml can from the rejects bin at LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass. Limited edition can #6 (ooohlala!).
App.: Clear light golden with a decent bright white froth.
Aroma: Grain/cereal/adjunct, a little green, peppery hops (a very little), a touch of slightly nicer biscuit malt, minerals, a wee touch of skunk?, light and stark.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Grains and cereals, a touch more biscuit than the nose plus a hint of bread crust, a hint of grassy hops, minerals, a little better than the nose, but that wasn’t hard!; dry with a touch of bitterness and a very light, mineral and cereal finish.
Ah, Moosepiss. The ubiquitous “premium” choice for non-beer drinkers.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 kwik-lime (654) - London, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2010
Crisp, nice hop character, reasonably bitter with a feint sweetness in the background. Not a fan of the colour, quite on the dark side for a pale lager and not overly appealing.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 thb (485) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 2, 2010
Better than I remembered. Pours on the dark side of yellow with thin head. Taste - fairly grainy, dry sweetness. Dull as anything but not unpleasant.
1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 RayOhm (474) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 27, 2010
For what it is its decent. It doesnt taste bad and its better than Canadian, Coors, Blue etc. But still disappointing like most mass produced lagers in Canada. Not worth the price.
