Sounds terrible but this was typical green bottle beer, skunky smell and a bitter sour taste. Was a little on the watery side like everyone else has said, and generally wasnít much to talk about.

Crisp and clean flavor reminiscent of apples a little bit. Nice and clear liquid. A little watery on the texture. A little weak on the alcohol too.

Pretty average beer overall, but not really bad in any respect. Good for a relatively cheap pint when I can find it.

Good Canadian beer. If I just want to sip on a couple of beers for the evening, this will do just fine.

2001: Useta be one of my favorites, even after Iíd discovered better stuff. Sentiment, really; she loved it, and I loved her, so . . . you know the story. But itís not that good; usually skunky, always a bit sour, thin, and just not memorable. For a better cheap green-bottle beer I go for Rolling Rock, which even smells a little better. Aug 2002: same description, roughly, but the numbers gotta drop; this ainít good beer people, please look for something else!

Inexpensive yet slightly complex. Carbonation just right. Good suprising roasty texture. Very drinkable. Can have that stanky smell, but I think thatís just the way it is with this stuff. Never had a íbadí one.

Well this beer looks attractive. I drank it and it was pretty strong. Sort of bitter, and I didnít enjoy the aftertaste.

Swish and spitters stay away!!! Yet another beer made for a sunny summer day not a dark room with a spitoon. Sorry people but I just canít take beer tasting so seriously. The hard to get micro brewery stuff is just that for a reason, most people donít want it. Moosehead is sometimes inconsistent but rarely skunky. Fresh and crisp, nice and light, not over the top!!!
