Pretty much what I expected it to be but with a slightly sweeter malt. Pours a pale straw tellow with a decent amount of head to it, though the head doesn’t last long. Smells of malts and hay. Tastes like a lager, semi-sweet malts and hops. Great for a day to just pound a few down, I’ll probably buy this again during football season and see if my dad digs on it. This seems like a beer my old man would appreciate. Serving type: bottle

Borderline drain pour. Your typical pale lager swill. Pours a straw yellow colour with a small thin head. Aroma is stale and grassy, very malty all the way through.

Very smooth. Nothing great, but better than your average commercial beer. Still fairly good as it warms up, too.

Had not had a Moosehead in 20 years. Saw it on tap in Montreal last week and tried it again. It’s a better beer then I remember. Smooth, no Heineken aftertaste.

Bière assez légère, appropriée pour une bière d’été. Une robe jaune avec une légère amertume de houblon.
