Random select from the grocery store turned to pleasant surprise when I first smelled Moosehead, I will admit it had a slightly metallic taste but alongside it was a refreshingly crisp taste. It went down so smooth and the foam remained poofy and bubbly down the bottle. A random beer but a damn good one

From a 16 oz can while Airstreaming through Canada. Pours a clear pale gold with an off white head. Thin grainy nose. Flavors of white bread. Inoffensive after taste. Best served very cold. Not bad for the style.

330 ml bottle - Tastes of Barley and pretty much nothing else. It's a national piss water and that's about it.

An okay beer, not as good as I had hoped it would be. Still, not a bad lager by any means. Aroma is where it suffers, with it giving off a bit of sweet corn. Appearance is a pale yellow, much like a Budweiser or Kokanee. Taste is decent for a lager - similar to most lagers but with a slight bit of peppery hop bitterness at the end and a sweetness in the initial taste. Overall it’s nothing to write home about, but I don’t mind it at all for what it is. Decent enough.
