A rather weak brew. A dry taste with a slight amount of bittering. Rather light with a simple carbonation. Not too much to be thrilled about.

Great Canadian Lager! This is a true quality beer that goes down smooth with a minor Heineken type aftertaste.

One of my favorite lagers for no incredibly astute reason. It goes down smooth, and has a bit of a skunky aftertaste, but I don’t mind it at all.

Clear yellow. What kind of hops produce that smell? It’s incredibly strong. True lager taste - mild hops, barely noticeable malt, very clean. Finish lingers but is silky, somewhat salty with a medium carbonation on the tongue. As far as lagers go, this is middle of the road. Better than a 12 rating but no better than 60 max. "Chugable" is an accurate description.

Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a decent white head. Taste is of malt, hops and is a little sweet. Aroma is the same. Reminds me of Molson Golden and Coors, but better. At its best when it is cool, instead of ice cold. A little over priced in my area, but I guess that is alright as it is imported. Overall, it is not bad as it is easy to drink, fairly tasty and rather refreshing.

So smooth, so chugable. Makes be think of drinking while ice fishing in New Brunswick somewhere. Not bitter one bit. Very refreshing, best served very very cold (stick it in the snow). Canada’s cheap stand by.

I was pleasantly surprised, but then I realized that I was comparing it with other Canadian beers. At least it wasn’t bitter like every other Canadian beer I’ve tried. I’d certainly drink this one again. Pretty smooth with a sweet malty flavor mixed in.

Had this most recently at the Canada pavilion in Epcot on Jan ’08. Although I’ve also had this in the bottle, the draft was a bit better. Average macrobrewed lager with light flavors, nothing particular came through.
