Moosehead premium lager is my favorite beer of all time. It has the most refreshing taste out of any other beer that ive tried. It is the only beer I drink on outdoor road trips becuase the moose reminds me of nature. The Moosehead reminds me of good times. It is the taste that makes it special to me.

I had this from a bottle, it was clear gold with a small white head. The aroma was earthy, grassy hops, maybe a hint of citrus, but I’m reaching. The taste was slightly sour, mostly bitter. It had a wet, light texture and was fairly smooth with mild carbonation. Not an exciting beer, but respectable; easy to tell it’s one for the masses.

thin, watery and overcarbonated. pretty bland. It’s probably better than most large breweries, but still wouldn’t ever buy it again

12oz bottle. Killed a case of this by accident with my friend Paul Jeffrey. This pale lager is smooth and easy to drink. After about the 7th or 8th one it begins to develop a funky aftertaste....somewhat resembling a bad belgian ale. decent beer for drinking.

Pours clear golden with a small white foamy head. Grassy, skunky aroma. Bland lightly grassy and skunky hop flavor, with a light watery malt profile. Palate is light/medium, a bit watery, with no real finish to speak of.

Call a spade a spade, it’s a beer and not a terrible one! Hits the spot when cold, but a bit overpriced here in Ireland. Note 2009. I need to rerate this beer.

One of my earlier exposures to beer, it was also one of the better ones. Compared to most american major brands, moosehead is a big improvement. It’s hard to find the taste, but it is there. On tap, not much head, watery, a hint of malt, some hops, nothing really otherwise of note.

Just a step above the 16oz cans at the cheap end of the aisle in a major supermarket. Watered down taste. It’s price has dropped over time relative to inflation, as its quality has gone down.
