Dec 3, 2006 My favourite Canadian macro. Until recently it had been my favourite beer, but now I’m into trying newer things and I’m learning about all the different types. It has a very nice taste without being overbearing. Slightly bitter finish and goes down smoothly. I prefer it on tap instead of in bottle, but I enjoy it both ways.

Nov 19, 2006 Canette de 355 ml achetée chez ANBL (Dieppe, N-B). Arôme: Légère odeur d’houblon. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle translucide avec une forte densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col crémeux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de maïs et de fleurs. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de fruité en arrière goût. (Rating #757)

Nov 13, 2006 Draft. I have to say this is one of the best pale lagers I’ve ever had. Decent aroma. Good crisp taste that is decently balanced. Good mouthfeel and body. Pretty smooth considering.

Nov 9, 2006 Updated: Nov 14, 2006Pale yellow, small head, and very little lacing. A balanced malt/hop flavor, but I just wish there was more to it. Easy to drink, with a moderate level of carbonation.

Nov 7, 2006 Bottle states Lager. So, AB of Canada, eh? Bright yellow. What a skunky aroma this thing has! Straw up close, Waft of skunk from a distance. Very sweet. Lingering lager aftertaste. This is a beer that causes the non-beergeek to HATE beer...

Nov 5, 2006 Updated: Nov 13, 2006Drank a ton of this when I was young and batting around country roads in Iowa-not a bad pale lager, but it’s not a favorite anymore. Grainy and sweet with a little floral hop. Slightly skunky. It’s a beauty way to go, eh?
