A citrusy aroma, high carbonation and a light body make this a fairly simple straight forward lager. However unlike Molson and Labatt there is no skunk, the taste is light and crisp and the finish just smooth and clean enough. A decent brew.

15 years ago my friends and I always thought this was 8% ABV so we would get past the nasty tase because we thought we were drinking more alcohol...silly us I guess...

I’m not experienced yet, but this is one of the best that I know. Ask me again after I explore some new beers through this site.

Poured from a 12oz bottle a pale yellow with a small white head. This one is highly carbonated. Aroma was grassy hops. Flavor was grassy hops and corn.

(0.33L Bottle) Pours yellow with little head. Sweet malty tasting... no bitterness. A little unbalanced, but not too bad.

While there certainly is no doubt this is a cheap taste lacking beer, but this is much more preferable over most US macro BMC stuff.

Not TOO bad for a Canadian Lager. Poured lkight straw yellow. Minimal head and no lacing at all. Very little aroma but decent carbonatino. Lilght body and mouth feel. Taste was non-offensive, but refreshing. Slight sweetnes with a very slight hop finish. This is definetely Not a go out and get beer but it IS worh grabbing a sixer if it’s on sale and you get it along with your favorite brew; and not instead of it Good on a hot day but it must be ICE COLD. I actually liked the taste better straight from the bottle after sitting in ice for several hours. I won’t go out and get it agin anytime soon, but I won’t turn it down if given by a host/hostess either.

Moosepiss has got to be Canada’s most overrated lager. This stuff is crap. The head disappears quickly, it’s thin, has a metalic taste. Not my cup of tea, or pint of beer as the case me be. If you’re going to drink a Canadian macrobrewed lager, you’re best choice is still Canada’s classic: Molson Canadian.
