Canadian lager. Has a ’Canadian’ taste--- --> see Labatt and Molson and taste what I mean. I thought it was going to be worse, but it is a typical lager with nothing to bring to the table.

This was the first beer I tried that I actually liked when I started drinking. Has a unique toasted flavor. Not necessarily a clean palate, but enjoyable.

Aaah, the moose, went to mollys and this was the only beer i hadn’t had before...pours with a good head, low bubs, same old smell, goes down quite smooth, some corn like tastes, not to bad, a non offensive swill..could see this maybe as a summer pool drink but thats it really...

Ummm, smells of aluminum, even from a bottle. Not a bad pale lager if you get it fresh. Nothing offensive, but they do skunk rather easily in that green bottle.

Smells not strong and bitter. Yallow body with thin offwhite head. I wanted to like this one... After all it’s made in New Brunswick, only a few hours down the road... Tastes like very little. Some sweetness with a slight hint of hops... Not that impressed with this one, I’m affraid... But what do you expect for 6$ per six-pack? I’ve had worse though.

There are better beers for the price. its worth a try if you like lagers, but nothing to go wild over.

Bright pale yellow color, with a frothy white head, fresh cut straw, hint of vanilla spiciness, faint floral hops in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a crisp pale malt character, floral hops accent, hay note, leading towards a watery faint hops bittering finish.

Haven’t had it in a while but had a couple at my bro’s today. Used to love this beer and drink it all the time when I wanted something different from the big guys. Yup, this beer is still better than anything Labatts or Molson puts out but there is much better stuff out there. As its stands, Moose reminds me of a eurolager for some reason; pale, a bit thin, and a little skunky - could be the green bottles. Wouldn’t turn one down if given to me, but I proabably won’t spend my own money on it either.
