Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of grass tones with very little hops. Flavor is grass tones at first but finishes with a hint of some hops on the finish. Still not so good.

Pours a translucent golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of corn, tropical fruits and some grassy/citrus notes. Flavor of the same, sweet malty mess.

Pretty much just a standard pale lager with not very much taste or smell. Very boring beer.

My college beer of choice back in the late eighties, this skunky, grassy pale lager was popular as it was a bit stronger at 5% and had more character than the crappy offerings from miller and AB. Didn’t remember how skunky the aroma was though and I"m glad there are so many better offerings now.

bottle from chad. reminds me of a heiniken, but better than heiniken to be sure. slight skunkyness, but that is to be expected from any beer resembling a heiniken.

Typical of Canadian lagers however it has a noticeable skunky aftertaste.. Pale yellow and light body.
