Skunky, foul tasting water.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 ilovedarkbeer (1887) - Abilene, Texas, USA - AUG 24, 2010
Pours a pale golden color with a brilliant bubbly body and a small soapy white head that quickly disappears. Nose is raw bread dough, cotton, and musty closet. Mouthfeel isn’t that bad, about medium weight for the style. Taste is cereal grains, cardboard, and a little bit of skunk. If you have a friend who needs motivation to stop drinking just give him this. He will lose all faith in beer.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 24, 2005

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 SuIIy (1878) - Natick, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 7, 2005
The pale green bottle and high carbonation of this brew starts it off on a bad note. The beer itself doesnt improve upont that. little to no true taste, basically fizzy, bad tasting water
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 joet (1876) - Fulton, California, USA - JUN 10, 2001
One of the better Canadian commercial beers.

It is a shame that the Canadian macros can’t beat the Americans. It seems as though the Canadian palate has become as dumbed down as the American.
Nothing to sneeze at, this one. Just tasteless swill. Looked nice in the glass though.
2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 SDbruboy (1864) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 30, 2003
Bottle. Pours golden-yellow with a large white head that diminished at a moderate pace and left a nice ring of bubbles around the rim. Not much aroma, a little sweet malt, corn and mild hops. Sweet malty flavor and like the aroma, the hops are mild and retreating with a rich grain finish. Body is light with a creamy carbonation. Surprisingly though, for a cheaper lager, it's a rather drinkable beer.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 ElGaucho (1862) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - OCT 1, 2003
Tap. Mild yeasty lager aroma. No off notes. Light gold in color with moderate visible carbonation. Very little head and no lace. Some bite but very little in the way of discernable hops. Decent for an American Standard.

Small head. Pale yellow. Not much of either malt sweetness or hops bitterness, but better than many American lagers.
