2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Nikiel (717) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 30, 2011
Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow with white foam. Smells lightly hoppy similar to a pils. Tastes lightly malty, with hints of pilsner-esk hops.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2004 Canadians make some kick ass beer. This stuff is good, nice and smooth and full of taste. I would rather have a Labatts but thats my opinion. I will definitely drink this again.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Onslow (713) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JUL 8, 2009
Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Aroma of grain with a bit of hops. Looks like any other pale lager - which is always a pleasant sight, even if it is unremarkable. Mild malty flavor with a kiss ofhops in the finish. OK and better than many, but not distinctive.
2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Kriegbaum (703) - Randers, DENMARK - JAN 19, 2011
Flaske 35 cl. Bleg gylden hælde med et lille hvidt hoved Aroma af humle. Sagen virker sødelig med et snerp af noget citrus. Lidt vandet, let drikkelig tørst slukker.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 jbuzz (700) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 13, 2007
I don’t care what anyone says Moosehead is good. Canada has Rush and Moosehead !! Nice clear yellow beer with a thin lingering head. Slightly sweet and very easy to drink.
2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 shintriad (700) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 19, 2003
This is one of the few beers that I disrespect enough to drink from the bottle. It's actually so thin and watery, that it seems better that way. Otherwise you'd notice the pale appearance, and lack of head that leaves less lace than your grandma's underthings. Smells bready and tastes pretty much like nothing. And yet my friends buy this crap all the time! I suppose it's an easy way to get alcohol into your system. Another one drinks the Moose ...

I hate green bottles! Watery taste - there is a good reason that bars always seem to have Moosehead on special.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 cbeers21 (693) - Miami, Florida, USA - APR 19, 2009
Unfortunately my favorite part of this brew was the cool looking moose on the label. Light straw colored and watery corn notes are the highlight of this beer. Quenchable and clean finishing but there isnt anything in the way of substance here.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 hobbersr (690) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 20, 2009
Pours a pale yellow with a slightly bigger head than most pale lagers I’ve seen. Aroma is skunkier than a macro brewed pale lager. Hints of straw and a lot of hops in the nose as well. Flavor is sweeter than the nose lets on. Corn, straw, and a slightly musty finish. Much more going on than a Molson or Labatt’s product.
