1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a clear golden amber with a light and short lasting head. Aroma is reminiscent of cheap beer (the frigid air is not helping). The taste is light and sweet but fleeting, nothing to boast about. The light yet bubbly feel in the mouth was satisfying but again, fleeting. Overall, a cheap beer that will certainly stand in for water but not much else.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Golden with a thin, white, head and plenty of fizz. Easy drinking lager, with some sweetish malts, a touch of hop and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light copper amber color, thin white head cover, dots of lace. Aroma is out of the past: sugary sweet malt and bittering. Taste is sweet malt that indicates an adjunct (probably corn). It moves through the palate, only adding carbonation, until very thin hops bitter just a little in the finish. A little exotic, because it is Moosehead, but the flavor is hardly different from all the other "big" guys.

Skunk flavor. Thin on ongue. Sweet grain. Golden. Thin head. Not good. But tolerable.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
A clear yellow. Smells faintly of cereal, hint of hops. Taste is sweet, moderately bitter - a decent but not noteworthy lager.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUL 4, 2015 I may be completely wrong, but I think of this as the Canadian Heineken.
Nothing fancy, just a great campfire beer

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pallid yellow with a small white head. Stereotypical corn, metallic, honey, and grass pale lager aroma. A slightly fuller body than expected. Tastes as it smells with some hop in the finish. Not overly fond of the metallic aftertaste.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Hockey beer: moderately corny aroma and flavors with grassy and grainy notes. Very faint if any hop character. It is what it is.

Tastes pretty much like club soda to me. Very very very fizzy, no flavour, but hey you can drink a whole pile of them. I hadn’t had a moosehead lager in 15 years so figured I’d try one again with an open mind.
Great beer for my wife who doesn’t really like beer.
