Another, one of those supposed great Canadian beers I was told about when I was a kid. It has flavor but the flavor is of a skunk so maybe it is better on tap. Thin but with some sweet residual malt flavor it must have hops in it otherwise it couldn’t be skunky. I have tried this a few times and every time Its been this bad. Maybe Moosehead needs to change its bottle or its distributors

Bud's skunky northern brother. Smells and tastes skunky, with some watery malt and rice in there too. Not good.

[bottle from Bier Halle] Fizzy, yellow, grainy, skunked, cereals. very faint hop character, not enough to save this from being a crap pale lager.

on tap at the lucky seven. AWFUL! Definatly gives the american shittay’s a run for their money.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2007 Pours pale straw yellow with small white head. Aroma is faint, some grassy hops. The flavor is semi-sweet, some hints of grass. Texture is watery. Unbalanced sweetness makes this difficult to drink.

This beer pours a pale, clear and shiny yellow. Decent size head. Smells bad. Like candy mixed with below average pale lager and gin. Taste and feel is thin and watery. Pine needle finish. Crap. Also, why the hell does the can have a picture of a bottle on it?

Water..........water water water.. Yellow, fizzy, tastes like corn and water with some skunk fur thrown in to make a stink tea. Why this rates an 11 is beyond me.

12 oz bottle. I imagine a skunk’s arsehole tastes somewhat like this. This is without a doubt one of the worst beers I’ve ever had, and definitely the worst beer I’ve rated since signing up on this website.
