12oz Bottle. Great golden pour with a great head. Lots of flavor and very smooth. This is one of my favs! You will love it!

Mild, fruity aroma. Bright, clear golden color that is simultaneously beautiful and depressing to look at, as it usually signifies a bland (if not downright unpleasant) drinking experience. A light-to-medium sweetness that, due to the paleness of the bottles and the 3000 hard miles between me and New Brunswick, is quick to turn skunky. My overall impression is that I am head over heels in love with this beer for purely sentimental reasons, but it also happens to be the most satisfying beer I’ve ever tipped my head back and chugged. Not only does it go down easy - it has a clean belch and actually seems to energize me. Strange praise, but praise nonetheless. Google "moosehead challenge" and you’ll see how many people share this opinion.

Moosehead Lager (New Brunswick) - 5% 473ml A refreshingly crisp tasting beer with a light complexion and slightly skunky aftertaste. Easily my favourite Canadian beer. It seems insane to me that anyone would give this any less than a 14/20. A friend of mine called this the sourdough bread of beers and I agree.

Great with a roast beef and potato dinner with corn on the cob or various veggies. Have it with dinner, but not on it’s own.

Was hooked on this for years until I discovered Micro-brews. Not bad on occasion.

A very rewarding and easy drinking lager. This brew is full bodied and very well balanced. Pleasing to the eye and nose as well. I enjoyed this offering. Recomended.

This is a truly awesome beer out of a bottle, try to let it sit out in the snow in the winter to chill before drinking for an authentic feeling!

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2004 Very good and very surprising. Very very refreshing, perfectly carbonated, nice dryish sharp bitter finish, a little spice and very clean and very pure. Just a little sweet also but not rich and malty. I really enjoyed this beer.

Gotta be in the mood for it, but when you are, nothing tastes better than a nice cold Moosehead.
