Wow with Moosehead being a not great but respectable lager the light honestly tastes like going from 2 percent milk to skim, very little flavor and smell here, I’d still drink it before a macro brew though.

Wässriger, fast neutraler Beginn. Trocken, mild bleibend, minimale Süße, geschmackslos. 4/3/9/3/6/3

Light lager with decent taste when compared to other macro style light lagers. Nice light beer, was served very cold at local pub, which led to many pints consumed.

I had never sampled Moose Light until I visited the East Coast, where it was one of two beers available for a wedding (the other one was Alpine - no surprise). For a light beer, I actually thought this was great. It had a smooth taste that still had plenty of flavour, and didn’t slow me down all night.

Nothing to see here. No taste no no aroma. Alcohol delivery vehicle. Nothing to write home about but sometimes you get a crappy hat for buying it.

Poured golden, with a white, bubbly head. Not much aroma. Taste is rice and bread. Surprisingly decent grassy hop finish for a light beer. Overall about as good as the lager.

0.33 l bottle. Pale golden color. Aromas of apple and lemonade (pommac). Sweet sugary flavor with low bitterness and hint of honey. Not much to say about this.

Pale yellow colour with white head. Weak malty aroma with grassy hops. Low on flavours. Moderate bitterness with grasy short aftertaste.

(bottle, 34.1cl) Clear, effervescent pale golden coloured hue with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly grainy pale malty nose with a touch of plastic. Slightly sweet flavour, watery mouthfeel with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slim pale malty base, close to mineral water with a very shy grainy touch; slim and slightly fizzy finish with an almost completely lack of bitterness. 16.III.12

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, very light yellow with no head, fizzy though. Aroma is slight grain and that Canadian spice that is in most of their pale lagers. Taste is pretty weak, but might be nice sometime to rehydrate, some slight grain and corn, hints of bread.
