3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled on draught at the GTMW ’08. Pours a semi-clear golden orange brew with a nice white head that slowly dissipates to a white ring. Aroma of peach/apricot character with some multi-grain malt in the background. Taste is light to medium bodied with some carbonation with flavors of apricots and light multi-grain malts. Finish has a nice balance of both apricots and malt grain with a touch of grassy hops that does not create too much bitterness.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub - Looks like a witbier, hazy yellow with a thin tan head. Nose has a hint of apricot and a bit of rotting grain. Taste is way better. Pungent apricot, mellow grain, and a clean fruity finish. Has smooth carbonatiin and a medium body. Very refreshing and clean, without being overly sweet. Could drink a lot of this, though Iím surprised it doesnít smell better than it does.

3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at brewery, sampler flight. Orangey-amber color with white head around rim. No nose. Strong, mostly natural apricot flavor, almost exclusively fruit flavored. (I like this better than Pyramid’s apricot.)
