COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pilsner is a more traditional example of the world’s most popular beer style. The German medium-bodied lager is brewed with domestic pilsner malt & Hallertauer Hops for a crisp, hoppy flavor.

A pretty good pilsener. Strong hop presence in the aromas and flavors. It tastes a little bit fake.. But it’s still ok.

Pours a golden amber color with a average head. Has just the slightest malt scent to it but has a really nice hops and malts taste to it. The mixture and taste was very nice which made for a very decent beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of earthy bread and earthy German hops. Flavor is similar with earthy grain and bread up front with earthy musty German hops coming out in the finish.

Tap. Pours to a clear golden body with a starch white head. The aroma is noble hops and crisp grains. The flavor is a bit bitter with the noble hops not being totally balanced with malt. The palate was clean and simple.

On tap at Moosejaw brewpub. Golden yellow with a bone white head. Aroma is noble and grainy with a floral hop bouquet. Taste is hoppy with a touch of citrus and a pale malt backbone. Noble with mild bitterness that lasts, actually not too bad.

On tap at the brewpub, pours a pale clear yellow, nice lacing. Bitter taste is about all there is to say. Grassy, but not freshly mowed grass. Finishes bitter, not a favorite.

On tap at Moosejaw. Poured clear bright golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up bright grass and lemon over honey and lesser bready malts. The flavor found honey and odd vegetal notes at the core.. spicy edges with black pepper, lemon, and grassy bitterness. Light-bodied and sharply bitter on the palate.. not really a pleasant drink.

On tap. Pours a clear very light amber. Nose has slight sweetness, nice citrus and grassy hops, light malts. Taste is crisp and refreshing with a fair bit of citrusy hop bitterness balanced by light malts. Nice.
