Pinkish yellow in color, clear with a thin head. Light raspberry aroma with light citrus lingering. This was a light wheat brew with added raspberry flavoring. Light fruit beer taste. Average.

[Tap] Part of a sampler at the brewpub in early September. Light magenta pour with no head. Tart raspberry, honey and wheat malts in the nose. Similar flavoring, with raspberry being the main theme here. Not too sweet, which is a good thing. Tastes like there may be some rhubarb or dry fruit wine characteristics to it. Prickly carbonation. Good flavor profile, but lacking the body that would propel this beer to the next level.

Refreshing beer with some nice raspberry flavors and aromas. Chewy-sweet wheatgerm notes. Mild to moderate bitterness. Easy to drink and relatively flavorful.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2010 (tap) listed now as just ’Raspberry Wheat’; cloudy reddish colour with small reddish head; aroma of raspberry, cereal; taste is raspberry, balanced, not sweet or cloying or artificial like many fruit beers, light short bitter finish, excellent - the best raspberry wheat I have had yet

6/19/2009: Moose’s Tooth continues to impress me. Their Raspberry Wheat beer has a super fresh and sugary raspberry aroma. The beer exhibits toffee wheat malt expertly blended with plenty of real raspberry flavor. This boddy has a medium-light body, a pinkish honey color, and a white head. They did a fantastic job on this fruit beer!
Draught (sample) at The Moose’s Tooth in Anchorage, Alaska. Rating #13 for this beer.

Light red orange. White head but doesn’t last long. Raspberry aroma is strong and wheat shows through. Taste is about the same. Light bodied, tart after taste. Good for someone who favors fruit beer.

A nice sweet alternative to the heavier beers. Goes down easy with a flavor that isn’t over done, just enough for your tastebuds to remember.
