Commercial Description:
Cask; Status uncertain.
New to the range, this classic wheat beer is ideal for the summer. The strong floral hop flavours and hints of fruit combine together to make a well balanced beer.

Cask at Maltings York 5 May 06. Pale yellow colour. A little white head (for a wheat beer). A cautious fruity aroma and taste leaving you with a bitter aftertaste. Difficult to find any similarity with standard wheat beers.

Very underscorted by some Brittish drinkers, non from this page. But it is excellent one, do not make the Germans or Belgians look too high from it. I like it, specially the colour.

[Cask conditioned] Pale yellow coloured. Quite thin, but rather hoppy for a wheat beer.
