Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Winner of a SIBA award and the Newcastle Festival award.
Indian Pale Ale (I.P.A.) is an extremely pale beer, brewed with an interesting new hop called Horizon from the U.S.A. giving the beer a dry bitterness, that is reminiscent of a traditional IPA of yesteryear.

Cask Conditioned at Banbury Beer Festival 06. Golden beer with big white head. Quite literally a big beautiful beer, dry but fruity, hay like grassy and full of hops. If this isn’t a proper IPA then I don’t know what is. Citrus flavours and a long dry finish. Fantastic, my beer of BBF.

Handpulled cask at the Southern Cross, Watford in Dec 07. Light gold with a thick white lacy head. Aromas are lemon, kiwi and apricot with fresh clean hops. Sweet and fruity. Flavours are equally fruity with juicyl malts and fruity resinous hops. A superb beer by any standards.

Cask @ The Wharf, Aalborg. Pours a clear pale yellow-golden with a small foamy white head that stays throughout. Aroma is lightly hoppy with flowers, grapefruit, citrus dominating. Low carbonation, but nice on the palate. Hoppy flavour with good dry bitter with tones of pine, grass and light citric.

A large white foam covers the clear light golden body. A well-balanced, surprisingly sweet ale with almost biscuity malt overtones toppered by generous, blasting and stylish floral, citrusy hops that cuts through the sweetness and procure a fair dry bitterness.
